    excellent! can’t wait to hear the new album, and to see you live in Melbourne woohooo! What software/hardware are yous using for the orchestras?

  • Olesya (10.03.2010 19:06)

    your hair amazing!!!!

  • Murdoc (10.03.2010 20:24)

    @Jade
    In the top picture Mathias is using Cubase 5 as his digital audio workstation (the right monitor) and Quantum Leap Stormdrum 2 for percussion sampling (the left monitor). If I had to wager a guess, he’s probably going to be using other QL software, which means EastWest/Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra for the orchestral sampling–which would be a very good thing, since it’s easily the best quality sample library I’ve ever heard.

    Of course, the picture is captioned as only being pre-production, so the final product may be different.

    Thanks for sharing these pics, guys. They make us feel as if we were included in the recording process, somehow.
    Hope it’s all going really smoothly and I’m absolutely sure the final result is really gonna be worth the wait.
    Kudos to you, have a great week and keep us updated! :)
